These terms apply to the Krasum app and website. Krasum is provided by AMOR FATI d.o.o. Contact: support@krasum.com.

The service

Krasum is a personal wellness record and logging app. Features available to you may include food logging, estimated nutrition entries, workout logging, hydration logs, connected health data display, and storage of laboratory report values exactly as printed. Krasum is currently in friend testing and early product development.

Nutrition figures and image outputs are estimates. They can be wrong. Use Krasum for personal logging and organization only. Krasum is not a medical device. It is not for clinical decisions or professional dietary decisions. For decisions about care, medication, supplements, symptoms, or diet, use a qualified professional.

Eligibility

You must be at least 15 years old and invited or otherwise permitted to use the service. You are responsible for keeping your sign in credentials secure.

Licence

AMOR FATI d.o.o. grants you a personal, limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable licence to use Krasum for your own personal, non commercial logging during the testing phase. The licence ends if your access ends or the testing programme ends.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content you do not have the right to upload. Do not upload images of other people or sensitive documents unless a feature explicitly asks for a document you choose to provide. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Krasum, its backend, or another user’s data. Do not use Krasum to provide clinical or professional dietary guidance to anyone.

AMOR FATI d.o.o. may suspend or remove access for misuse.

Your data

Your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy, Consent Choices, Data Retention, and Account and Data Deletion pages. Optional uses of your data are off by default and only happen if you turn them on.

You own the data you log. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to upload it.

Feedback

You may send bugs, surprises, and suggestions to support@krasum.com or through the in app feedback flow. By sending feedback, you allow AMOR FATI d.o.o. to use it to improve Krasum without obligation to you.

Availability and changes

Krasum is in testing. Features may change, pause, break, reset, or disappear. If a planned reset affects tester data, AMOR FATI d.o.o. will tell affected testers where practical.

These terms may change as the testing programme evolves. The updated date will change, and material changes may be notified in the app. Continuing to use Krasum after a change means you accept the updated terms.

No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Krasum is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non infringement. AMOR FATI d.o.o. does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any estimate it produces is accurate.

Mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are not limited by these terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except for liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, AMOR FATI d.o.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any decision you make in reliance on Krasum estimates.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
