What we collect. (1) Account data: your email address. (2) Health data you choose to log in the app: meals and nutrition, workouts, body metrics, and lab results you upload. (3) Waitlist data: the email you submit on this site. (4) Basic technical logs needed to run the service.

Why we process it. To provide the Krasum app — storing your logs, analyzing your lab results, and generating your insights and protocols (performance of contract); to contact the waitlist about access (consent, withdraw any time); and to keep the service secure (legitimate interest).

Where it lives. Your data is stored in the European Union. It is encrypted in transit and at rest.

What we never do. We do not sell your data. We do not share it for advertising. Health data is processed only to power your own account’s features.

Processors. We use infrastructure providers (database/hosting and content delivery) under data-processing agreements. A current list is available on request.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR. Use the in-app account deletion, the account deletion page, or email hello@krasum.com. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Retention. Account and health data are kept until you delete your account, then permanently removed. Waitlist emails are kept until launch communications end or you unsubscribe.
