Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Krasum account and your personal data at any time.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Krasum.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Account.
  4. Choose Delete account.
  5. Confirm the deletion. This cannot be undone.

You are signed out straight away. Deletion then runs in the background.

Email fallback

If you cannot access the app, email support@krasum.com from the address associated with your account and ask AMOR FATI d.o.o. to delete it. We may need to confirm your identity before acting so the wrong account is not deleted.

If you only joined the waitlist, email support@krasum.com from the waitlist address and ask to be removed.

What deletion removes

Account deletion removes your sign in account and personal account data from live systems. This includes account profile, preferences, meal images, food logs, corrections, hydration logs, workout data, connected health data, laboratory result records, consent settings, and private personalization data.

For in app feedback, the account link is removed. Any stored screenshot or voice note is deleted. The feedback message and minimal app context may remain as a deidentified support record for support integrity.

Deletion is completed within 30 days and usually much sooner for a testing account.

What is kept

AMOR FATI d.o.o. keeps one small deletion audit record. It does not contain your email, name, images, logs, health data, lab values, or raw user ID. The raw user ID is replaced with a one way keyed hash so the record can show that deletion happened without directly identifying you.

Consent change history is handled separately. While your account exists, consent history is linked to it. When you delete the account, the user ID is removed from those records, leaving unlinked records.

These limited records are kept for integrity and compliance.

Backups

Routine backups age out on their normal rotations.

  1. Operational image backups age out within about 7 days.
  2. Training image backups, if you had opted into image training, age out within about 30 days.
  3. Database backups age out within about 14 days.

Data removed from the live service disappears from backups as those backups age out.

Stop one optional use without deleting

You do not need to delete your whole account to stop an optional use such as image training, corrections pool, location, health data sync, or lab results. Turn the relevant consent off in the app. Turning consent off stops that use going forward. It does not by itself erase or reschedule records already created while consent was on. Full account deletion removes your personal data.
