Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Krasum account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion removes your profile, meal and workout logs, uploaded lab results and extracted biomarkers, and any generated insights or protocols.

From the app (fastest).

1. Open Krasum and go to Settings.
2. Tap Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately; backups purge within 30 days.

By email. If you can’t access the app, email hello@krasum.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We complete emailed requests within 30 days.

Waitlist only? If you only joined the waitlist and want off, email us the same way — we’ll remove your address.
